Two ways properties use us
Preferred vendor
Your sales team quotes AV with confidence because the packages are priced per room, per day, and they do not change on the week of the event. Commission arrangements are welcome and handled in writing.
Overflow and specials
When a group brings more than the house kit covers — a general session, a gala, an outdoor build — we come in alongside your in-house team rather than over the top of them.
Talk to us before the RFP goes out
If a group is asking for something your house kit does not cover, a ten-minute call is usually enough to tell you whether it fits the room, what it would take, and roughly what it costs.
