Halloween 2026 · booking now

Make the room frightening.

Beams through haze, low fog on the floor, forty-one battery uplights in any colour, and a PA that holds a room of three hundred. Halloween parties, haunts and hotel nights across Southern California — rigged and run by our own crew.

The date is the problem

31 October is one night, and everybody wants it.

Every venue in the county books the same weekend. Movers, battery uplights and fog machines are usually gone by the second week of October, and the 31st itself goes first. If you are reading this in September, you are early — which is the only way to get the room you actually pictured.

What we bring

Four things that make a room read as Halloween.

Haze, and beams through it

A beam is invisible in clean air. Hazers plus twenty-four beam-washes and the Mac Vipers give you the shafts of light people photograph — deep red, sodium orange, a green that does not look like a hospital.

Low fog on the floor

Fog Fury machines, including a vertical for a jet up a doorway. Fog sits low and moves; it is what makes an entrance and a dance floor feel like somewhere else.

Forty-one battery uplights

Wireless, set from a tablet, no cable taped anywhere. A whole room changes colour on a cue — and in a historic room or a tent, this is the only way it happens at all.

Sound that holds the room

RCF line array, QSC tops and KS118 subs, with a DJ booth and an LED dance floor if you want one. Loud where the party is, quiet where people are talking.

Three kinds of night

Told apart properly, because they need different rigs.

The hotel or corporate party

Ballroom, three hundred people, a photographer and a fire marshal. Uplighting around the perimeter, movers on the dance floor, haze if the detectors allow it, and a plot drawn to your room before anything is loaded. We do this in Edition and Marriott rooms all year.

How we work in hotels →

The nightclub or venue night

One loud room, a DJ, and a floor that has to look right on a phone at midnight. Beams, strobes, CO2, LED dance floor, and a PA that is still clean at the end of the night.

Club and concert sound →

The haunt or walk-through

Sound in zones along a route, low fog, and lighting that hides as much as it shows. This one needs a walk-through first — the rig follows the path people take, not a stage.

The house party, done properly

Backyard, driveway, a garage turned into something else. Battery uplights, a couple of movers, fog and a PA that will not trip the breaker — delivered, set and collected.

We have done the scary one

The Scream premiere ran on this kit.

A domed ballroom, an LED wall, movers and haze — for a horror premiere with a red carpet and a room full of cameras. The plot was different; the shelf was the same one your party comes off.

Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Amazon, Universal and Marriott have all had our crew in a room. On Halloween you get the same people, and they know what a fire marshal will say before you ask.

When to call

A calendar, not a sales tactic.

  1. Now until 3 October — everything is available. Site visit, CAD plot, the room you actually pictured.
  2. 4 to 17 October — movers and battery uplights start going. Still comfortable, but the plot works around what is left.
  3. 18 to 24 October — the 31st is usually gone by here. Mid-week dates are still open and cost less.
  4. The last week — call, do not email. We will tell you what is on the shelf in one sentence, and we would rather say no than turn up short.
